CC §5551 (SB 326) Exterior Elevated Element Inspection Vendors

Failed Condominium Balcony Pursuant to California Civil Code §5551, condominiums with exterior elevated elements constructed or supported by wood must be inspected prior to January 1, 2025, and the results of those inspections must be included within the reserve study. The so called “Balcony Inspection” law requires that the inspections be carried out by a licensed engineer or architect.
