AboutBrowning Reserve Group

The Browning Reserve Group, BRG, has performed reserve studies since 1999. Reserve studies are all we do, full time, year round. Our core purpose is to assist community associations, governmental agencies, park districts and various non-profit organizations, with their long-range planning for capital expenditures. (two and four legged,) and how we have fun while not working. We are also proud of the work our team members perform in the community and the professional affiliations we keep.

BRG staff hold national volunteer positions at both the Community Associations Institute, CAI, and the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts, APRA, and BRG staff possess Reserve Specialist, RS, and Professional Reserve Analyst, PRA, designations from these two organizations. BRG reserve specialists are also registered Nevada Reserve Study Specialists (RSS).
