Jeff joined the Browning Reserve Group (BGR) as a Project Manager in 2010 and has conducted hundreds of reserve studies for community associations and park districts.

Jeff comes to BRG with many years of experience as a construction surveyor following a US Navy enlistment as a Sonar Technician. His survey services included many BRG client associations. He holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) #292 designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Pursuant to Nevada regulation R145-06, Jeff is a Nevada Reserve Study Specialist (RSS) #193.

Jeff and his wife dedicate their spare time to their two sons. Jeff is actively involved in martial arts and possesses a 2nd-degree black belt.
