Andrew Zimmerman is a Project Manager at Browning Reserve Group, where he works with community association boards and property managers to develop reserve studies that support informed capital planning and long-term financial stability.

Prior to joining Browning Reserve Group in 2026, Andrew spent more than 10 years with Reserve Advisors in quality assurance and compliance roles. During that time, he helped create and review thousands of reserve study reports, developing a deep understanding of reserve study methodology, reporting standards, and the capital planning challenges facing community associations.

Andrew’s attention to detail, analytical approach, and extensive reserve study experience help clients navigate complex planning decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring functional medicine and supporting the arts.
