Nevada HOA Pandemic Reserve Recovery Task Force

Bob Browning jointly with other Nevada HOA industry leaders launched a COVID-19 task force to address the pandemic’s devastating financial impacts to Nevada’s HOA communities. The task force focused on recommendations for dealing with the financial hardships. Mr. Browning co-authored the Task Force’s recommendations which were published in the Common Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels Program, Department of Business & Industry, Real Estate Division, Community Insights Summer 2020 edition newsletter, (click here to read article). The message is that communities must work closely with their reserve providers and continually review and revise their reserve studies.
