TERRY OTT, RS, RSS

Terry joined the Browning Reserve Group (BRG) as a full time site inspector in 2003 and has performed thousands of physical inspections of community associations, municipal districts, parks, community service districts, apartments and other projects.

Terry comes to BRG with many years of experience as a general building contractor and has earned the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Pursuant to Nevada regulation R145-06, Terry is a Nevada Reserve Study Specialist (RSS) #105.

Terry is a highly experienced carpenter, foreman and construction firm regional manager. Terry also owned a construction company that built homes and retail buildings following a US Coast Guard enlistment as an Electronics Technician. In his spare time, Terry volunteers with his search and rescue dog for the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Unit.
