BRG Constitutes Over 20% of Nevada’s Reserve Study Specialists

As of May 5, 2023, seven BRG reserve specialists are registered Nevada Reserve Study Specialists (RSS’s) making BRG perhaps the largest RSS resource with 21% of all active Nevada RSS registrations which is an increase from 17% in 2020 and 12% in January 2018. Pursuant to Nevada regulation R145-06, reserve preparers are required to register as Reserve Study Specialist (RSS).

Additionally, five reserve specialists are credentialed Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialists (RS), and some of our reserve specialists also hold additional professional designations such as CAI’s Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA) Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA).
Since 1999, the Browning Reserve Group (BRG) has provided Reserve Study services throughout the west and Mexico with offices in California and Nevada. BRG began performing reserve studies in Nevada in 2000.
