Maintenance & Reserve Leadership Workshop

June 6, 2021 – Webinar. Mr. McDermott, RS, PRA, RSS, presented Maintenance & Reserves at a Community Associations Institute (CAI) Board Leadership Development Workshop which included the following topics taught by several industry professionals:

Mr. McDermott’s maintenance presentation outlined maintenance responsibilities, maintenance programs, resources, contract types, and financial sources. That maintenance presentation was followed up with the final topic which was reserves where the reasons for, what it is, what it is not, types of, contents of, use of, and disclosures within were all discussed. The full day workshop continues to provide the best means to introduce HOA leadership to their roles and responsibilities. BRG is proud to be a part of these highly useful education events.
