STILL NEVADA’S RESERVE STUDY SPECIALIST LEADER

As of March 1, 2021, five Browning Reserve Group (BRG) reserve specialists are registered Nevada Reserve Study Specialists (RSSs) making BRG perhaps the largest RSS resource with over 17% of all active Nevada RSS registrations which is an increase from 12% in January 2018. Pursuant to Nevada regulation R145-06, reserve preparers are required to register as Reserve Study Specialist (RSS).

The number of active registered Nevada Reserve Study Specialists has constantly declined from over 40 in June, 2010 to less than 30 in March, 2021. However, during this time, the number of Browning Reserve Group active Nevada Reserve Study Specialists grew to five by January, 2017 and remains at five today.
Additionally, these five reserve specialists are credentialed Community Associations Institute (CAI) Reserve Specialists (RS), and some of our reserve specialists also hold additional professional designations such as CAI’s Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA) Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA).

Since 1999, BRG has provided Reserve Study services throughout the west and Mexico with offices in California and Nevada. BRG began performing reserve studies throughout Nevada in 2000.
