DAVIS-STIRLING REORGANIZATION BILL SIGNED

California Governor Brown signed into law Assembly Bills 805 and 806 reorganizing the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. Governor Brown signed the bill on Friday, August 17, with the Assembly Bills becoming law January 1, 2014. Civil Code Sections 4000-6150 will replace Civil Code Sections 1350-1378 on that date.
