UPCOMING BRG EVENTS

Spring and summer 2012 are shaping up to be a busy time for the Browning Reserve Group. Here is a list of upcoming events in the community where BRG folks are speaking, attending, sponsoring or exhibiting. Come by and say hello.

April 14th
BRG will be exhibiting at the CAI Spring Expo and Vendor Faire at the Delta King in Old Sacramento. BRG is also the DJ sponsor of the Saturday evening Monte Carlo event the same day. Come by and request a tune! All BRG’ers will be on hand.

April 15th
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS will be attending the CAI Legislative Action Committee delegate meeting as the CAI-CNC Chapter Liaison and Delegate Emeritus. This is a closed event to CLAC representatives only.

April 16th
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS and Mike McDermott, RS, PRA will be attending the CAI-CLAC Day in the Capitol along with leaders from around the state.

April 18th
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS is the keynote speaker at the April luncheon of the Bay Area / Central California Chapter of CAI. The topic is “How to Handle Non-Budgetary Components.”

May 2nd – 5th
BRG will be exhibiting at the CAI National Conference and Exposition at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nevada. This is the largest event in the country related to the management and operations of homeowner associations.

May 5th                
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS is co-presenting “Fiscal Management of Capital Assets” at California Association of Recreation & Park Districts (CARPD) 2012 Conference at Embassy Suites, Sacramento, CA.

May 5th – 6th
Mike McDermott, RS, PRA will be attending APRA’s Symposium in Las Vegas, Nevada. APRA serves as the only trade organization for Reserve Study professionals. Mike serves both on the APRA Board and the APRA Institute Committee which provides continuing education to Professional Reserve Analysts.

May 8th
BRG’ers will be attending the CAI Nevada luncheon at the Gold Coast Hotel, Las Vegas.

May 9th                
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS is teaching the CACM course “Reserves: What Why and How” in the Sacramento area.

May 11th                
Robert Browning, PCAM, RS is co-presenting “Reserve Studies for Challenging Times and Construction Projects” at CAI BayCen Chapter South Bay Forum in San Jose, CA.
