SOME SITE INSPECTIONS CAN BE A REAL BEAR!

A California brown bear joined our BRG site inspectors Brenda Griffin and Terry Ott while inspecting a Lake Tahoe homeowners’ association. Brenda and Terry are both veteran Sacramento Sheriff’s K9 Search and Rescue volunteers, so it was a surprising turn of events to have a four legged creature tracking them.
