Brenda joined the Browning Reserve Group (BRG) as a Project Manager in 2007 and has performed thousands of physical inspections of community associations, municipal districts, parks, community service districts, apartments, and other projects. Brenda also schedules and coordinates client reserve site visits.

Brenda has a diverse business background, including manager and co-owner of a custom cabinetry shop. She holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation #293 from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Pursuant to Nevada regulation R145-06, Brenda is a Nevada Reserve Study Specialist (RSS) #231.

In the past, Brenda volunteered with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue Unit and helped train K-9 search dogs and their handlers.

In her spare time, Brenda enjoys the outdoors, motorcycle trips, and especially spending time with her grandkids.
