Sacramento, CA – Clients can now access reserve studies, bids and study update workbooks online. The Client Log In area makes all electronic documents easily assessable and downloadable anytime day or night. The Client Log In area was successfully unveiled during February, 2014.
Managers adding properties to their portfolio will have access to those properties’ electronic documents nearly immediately after BRG has received notification from the manager that those properties have been added to their portfolio. Management company managers also have access to all properties served by their management company.
