Mike McDermott, RS, PRA, RSS co-presented “Financial considerations for the Reserve Study Professional” continuing education course for Nevada Reserve Study Specialists and Community Association Managers. The Association of Professional Reserve Analysts sponsored this 3 hour course which covered core funding concepts and a critical review of Percent Funded.
